The Scorecard

The Scorecard measures the appearance of the exterior of the home, yard, deck, sheds/garages, garden beds, bushes/trees and presence of street number

The Glen

Results of the Scorecard rating are seen by hovering on the word Glen above and clicking on it. The Glen is made up of 91 Condo sites and was the first original Spring Brook community.

The Shores

The Shores rating can be seen by hovering over the word Shores above and clicking on it. The Shores is made up of 126 house sites, some of which are rentals and were not included in the scorecard rating system. The Shores is the second oldest community in Spring Brook.
